The Department of Justice in the US says it is OK with differentiated access to web sites according to fees paid to the phone operators.  This is just an opinion, butit is likely to be a heavily contested opinion by content provides (e.g. Google) and heavily praised by Cable and Telco operators.  Read the news here.
